Case Study

This letter is written to serve as a letter of recommendation for George Quijano. 

We recently contracted with George to re-roof our house. This was no small undertaking. George has been the most professional contractor I have worked with as we did over two million dollars worth of updating and remodeling to our home. It was a lot of work, a lot of work that had to be monitored all day, every day, given the climate of today’s market. I can honestly say without exception George did an incredible job with the amount of “watching over” that had to be done with trade crews.

George handled the flat roof, custom metal roof, solar, exterior paint, new asphalt driveway, exterior lights, and a multitude of crews. George did an absolutely phenomenal job in coordinating and working with multiple trades on this project. The bottom line is George solved our problems (many problems) and relieved our high levels of stress.

The job grew in scope way beyond what I imagine George anticipated. Through all the work George completed for us, he was always available to answer questions, to assume responsibility, and immediate redirection if needed of work crews, to handle insurance matters, to coordinate AC and electricians where needed without direction and went way above and beyond in completing our job.

He was great at managing different personalities, expectations, etc. I would absolutely recommend George for a roofing project or as a contractor on other projects. He far exceeded my expectations, and it was a pleasure working with him. He did an exceptional job, in my opinion.
