George and his crew were neat, punctual, priced well and worked with us throughout the addition and new deck. They said it would take two weeks and it did! We are very happy with our new space!

George and his team at Roof Ready were absolutely amazing to work with. They went above and beyond working with our insurance company to ensure everything was repaired correctly.Upon removal of the damaged roof (hail storm), they found that because the roof had been replaced multiple times, there was damage to the roof decking. They worked tirelessly to ensure that we got our entire roof deck replaced. Additionally, because of the lack of venting in the roof, they concluded that some of the damage was mold... they installed roof vents to prevent that in the future.The entire process was painless. George is very easy to work with, and his team is responsive and did great work. I hope it's a while before we need a new roof, but when the time comes, I will 100% be calling Roof Ready!

I worked with George who owns Roof Ready from well before the project started to well after it was completed. Sometimes when you hire a company to replace your roof they subcontract it three times to Thursday. Not with Roof Ready. George spent as much time up on my hot Colorado sun roof as his team and that made me trust the work through and through. It’s been about 90 days since the roof went on. We’ve had three very hard rains. I checked up in the attic for moisture and it’s bone dry. Oh. I also had them install a ridge vent on my old gabled 1977 house. My attic now showing a roughly 14° on a 95° day which is incredibly good. Communication was very active. I never felt like I was waiting for either of us to make a decision. It’s clear that George has a process that works well and he didn’t make me jump through hoops to get the legwork done. He just put together a plan and had me approve it. A few days later the work was done and everyone gets on with their life. Honestly painless. His team was very tidy and made sure to remove all the debris (think vapor barrier/nails/shingles). Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Best contractor experience I've every had, hands down. From start to finish George was very methodical in explaining the process and what to expect. This is the first time I've been through a new roof but really felt like I was being taken care of from start to finish. The crew showed up right on time and almost finished in a day (there were minor touch ups the next day). I watched my neighbors house get reroofed last year by a different company and it took 2.5 days for the crew to complete the job. The houses are basically identical. George's team was fast, took time to move furniture on the deck to make sure nothing was damaged, and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend.

George and his team just did a stellar job for our severely hail damaged house this past week. With no hassle on our part at all we went from an ugly, brown, 18 year old, pock-marked roof, to a brand new grey one, which will better complement our planned new exterior colors. The roof now has a 'drip edge', a more contemporary style they told us about. George and team handled everything for us with the insurance company, which as a first-time homeowner I in particular appreciated. He coordinated with and came out to meet the field adjuster so I didn't even have to be home for that. All I had to do was open up the claim for the hail storm, and they handled everything else. A few days after the replacement was the huge storm we just got - everything flooded, and our roof didn't even notice it.During install we made a day-of add-on that a week later is already hugely paying us back for our investment on it: a ridge vent. Roof Ready gave us a bargain on it to install it the same day as the rest of the roofing. This wasn't planned at all but they scrambled to get the parts and do the labor. We previously thought we were going to have to entirely replace our split-system 1970's freon based A/C, as the upstairs machine couldn't keep up and kept freezing over, leaving us with 90+ degree upstairs bedrooms and home-offices. Since the day they installed the ridge vent, the A/C has run perfectly, saving us untold thousands of dollars.George takes the time to perfectly, in as great a detail as I indicate I'd like, explain what is going on. He delivered on exactly what was quoted. He lives here in Douglas County so it was also nice to know I'm supporting a local business vs some conglomerate who just looks at me as a number. His team tidied up every last screw, nail, and scrap of old material. This has been through and through an excellent experience, and I'm very glad that we chose Roof Ready for our replacement.

Custom Half-Round Gutters

The aesthetic beauty of half-round gutters is most often the reason they are chosen as a gutter solution. Their rounded shape works beautifully with a variety of style homes. Their symmetrical U-shape complements the rounded architecture seen on many older homes. We have been adding them to newer homes also. As the modern designs have more unique architectural elements that have less angular shapes. The two styles of gutters that Roof Ready offers are traditional K-Style Standard gutters and the classic Half Round gutters.
